TERMS & CONDITIONS: Since the product we are offering is non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered. However, we realize exceptional circumstances can take place and thus we will grant a full refund (“8 week money back guarantee”) for the following reasons:

The registration key will be provided to you via website or email 5 minutes after your purchase. However, it may occur the activation webpage or email fail to deliver the registration code for some reason not dependent from us (firewalls, internet connectivity, etc.). In order to better service our clients and give a timely response to your problems, we guarantee a full refund in case you inform our Customer Support Team about the “non-delivery of the product” (ie. the registration key has not been delivered) and we fail to provide you with the registration key within 24 hours from the time of your notification.
2. IRREPARABLE DEFECTS OR GRAVE DIFFICULTIES WITH THE PRODUCT: although our software is thoroughly tested before releasing it to our clients, unexpected errors may occur. In a case like this, you must first submit your problem to our Customer Support Team.
